Our Principal Partner Paul Turner has achieved Chartered Financial Planner status after passing his exams with flying colours.
For the past year or so Paul has been studying hard for his Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning which is a qualification designed to build on previous study to enable advsiers to offer a sophisticated and comprehensive approach to financial planning. The CII state in their 2015 Financial Services Qualifications brochure that "With completion leading to Chartered Financial Planner status, teh Advanced Diploma gives holders clear differentiation from the main body of advisers".
As well as this qualification, advisers must have at least 5 years' experience to achieve Chartered status. Paul has in the region of 30 years' experience working in Financial Services so this part was eay to achieve!
Paul said "I am thrilled to have achieved Chartered status, and have learned a lot throughout my studies. The Advanced Diploma will enable me to provide further expertise and an even service to our clients."
